Ms. Phyllis front desk agent was very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed and the process was quick. She also was properly well dressed and groomed. Appearance is everything especially having that role. The bedroom was nice I like that although you had outside door it still was inside building felt safe. The breakfast was more than enough. I didn't expect a full breakfast for as though most Ramadas have simple cereal, muffins, juice. And start at 5am that's great for people that have to leave early. The housekeeping is very clean and know how to clean. I knew this one housekeeper from other locations so I knew what to expect upon arriving to room. She was nice to knowing bars and restaurants in area if hungry.

It was like a home away from home. Got a room close to my old room from last year when I had to stay in Arkansas for my vehicle to be repaired. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and you have all the amenities of it five star ⭐ hotel not that I stay in any. Christine was very helpful getting me checked in and finding a place to eat close by.

Young lady at the front desk was very personable. She welcome us upon arrival and told us about everything that was offered including the breakfast from 5:30 to 9:30 in the morning. The room very clean and comfortable, although the room could use some updates. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.

Room was very quiet and easily accessible by their available carts and elevator. Very nice size room with small fridge (no freezer) and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was available from 5 - 9am complete with several choices of juice, cereal, waffles and even biscuits and gravy!
